You should accept the following terms and conditions to make a transfer booking. So Please read transfer conditions and terms carefully to prevent any victimization. All contracts are subject to these booking conditions.

TRANSFER  TERMS:
• Reservation form must be filled in as full and complete information. Liability issues arising from incomplete and inaccurate information provided will not be accepted.

• Transfer Reservation should be made a minimum of 6 hours in advance and should be canceled minimum of 6 hours in advance. Reservation cancellation made later money will not be refunded.

• All Booking  must be confirmed by us via fax or e-mail. Otherwise the responsibility will not be accepted.

• Our company use of the tools and equivalent reserves the right to make price changes.

• Transfer reservations after receiving it (during office hours 09:00 to 18:00) will be answered in at least 3 hours.

• The specified prices Turkish Lira(TRL) and Euro(€) basis, per vehicle and one way.Between 00:00-06:00 to be made all the transfer price 20% difference will be added.

• Specified in the booking form except pick up and drop off point to be made all transfer will be charged.

SERVICES  INCLUDED  IN THE PRICE
• Only Special transfer  which booked vehicle.
• All transfer expenses specified in(Fuel, Parking, Bridge,  Highway, Ferry,Etc..)
• All İnsurances(Traffic İnsurance, İndividual Seat İnsurance and Personal Accident İnsurance)
• Child and baby seat upon request no extra charge
• Gentle and experienced transferman and drivers.

IMPORTANT  INFORMATION
• All Prices per vehicle not per person.
• Unless otherwise specified in the booking form, All priced ONE-WAY transfers.
• All vehicle are not older than 2 years have air condition and suitable tourism vehicle to make transfer.
• While booking at least 1 hour before domestic flights, international flights at least 2 hours before flights to the airport in time to be specified.
• The aircraft landing at airports from time of flight display will be up to 1 hours standby time. This is not accept responsibility for delays in excess of the amount of time.

PAYMENT  PROCEDURE
• Airport, Port or exchange for the transfer of all kinds which will be taken outside of Kusadasi , Half of the transfer fee before confirming a booking, the remaining amount will be paid at the end of the transfer. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer. Pay for all other transfers, in cash or by credit card will be made after the transfer.
